The Team at East Grinstead Osteopaths have been relieving patients musculo skeletal pain and helping them stay well through osteopathic treatment for over 30 years.

Since graduating in 1990 Karen Pelling has been providing high quality osteopathic treatment for the residents of East Grinstead, Crawley and the surrounding villages.

This friendly, welcoming practice has grown to include four other osteopaths. All are experienced practitioners and are fully registered and insured.

With hundreds of patient consultations each month, thousands of patients have benefitted from our effective treatment plans. We provide expert diagnosis and care, not only to treat symptoms but to get to the real cause of the problem and help you improve as quickly as possible.

We take the time to listen to what each individual patient may need help with. We work closely alongside other local health care professionals and if we feel an alternative treatment may be more beneficial we will discuss this with the patient and offer to refer them.

Over 90% of our new patients come to us by recommendation from existing patients that we have helped, or are recommended by their GP or health care provider.
